The project Logistics Center Hortolândia is a sheds condo with all the facilities for companies that need space for storage, giving users all the benefits and advantages of infrastructure, with administration and prorated costs. The project articulates all logistical, operational and functional requirements, giving better performance for storage and storage processes.

General characteristics of the condominium:


Comprised of a set of 3blocks with 14 modules  located on Highway Bandeirantes, has complete fire prevention system with hydrants, emergency lights, sprinklers and fire alarms rays. Structure in precast with custom finish and coverage and closing
